Making A Purchase

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

To make a purchase just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you are shopping from another country rather than Sweden, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

All orders are sent by Posten road/airmail first class with proof of delivery.

Rates:
Delivery to Europe - first class recorded: €8
Delivery to rest of the world - first class recorded: €25
Delivery within Sweden: €3

Should you require a more urgent delivery please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you within Europe within 5-7 working days and rest of the world 10-21 days.

You must inform us within two working days of receiving the goods if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

For orders from outside Sweden, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility.


Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Swedish applicable VAT is already included in the price of all products. For postage costs please consult our shipping and handling page.


Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and your statutory rights are not affected.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Returns Policy

Returned products that are not faulty must be in a unused condition and in their original packaging, have the invoice that we email you and returned within 10 days, we will refund the cost of the item/s but un fortunately not the postage and packing.

We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Remittance Terms

Should you wish to cancel your order you should call or email us and quote the order refs number shown in your confirmation email. Any goods for return should be sent back to us in an unused condition and with their original packing. Postal cost for returning goods is at the customers expense unless the product is faulty.
